Neil はカナダ人だからこの程度のブーイングで許されるとかの記述をみると、アメリカでイラク戦争に反対することがどれだけ厳しいか、とくにアーティストとしてその姿勢を崩さないでいることがどれだけ大変かが解るような気がします。ベトナム戦争当時の学生と、イラク戦争世代の学生との話題なんて双方の時代を生きてきた Neil だけに説得力ありますね。
